Patients will be in a professional setting where individuals can seek help for a variety of mental health concerns. I am a licensed psychologist, who is a mental health professional trained to understand and treat the emotional, behavioral, and cognitive processes of individuals. I use various forms of therapy such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, humanistic therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients improve their mental health.
Clients can expect to have an initial consultation with me, during which they will discuss their concerns and I will gather information about their mental health history. Based on this information, I will develop a treatment plan tailored to the individual's needs.
During therapy sessions, I will work with the client to help them understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to identify any patterns that may be contributing to their mental health concerns. I will also help the client develop coping strategies, build resilience and improve communication and problem-solving skills. The number of sessions required may vary depending on the nature and severity of the client's concerns, but the goal is to help the client achieve lasting change and improved mental well-being.
I also provide services such as psychological testing, assessment and evaluation, and referrals to other professionals or community resources when needed. My practice's environment is safe, comfortable, confidential and non-judgmental, and I will work with the client to establish trust, safety and rapport.
